GettingHired provides a platform for tracking and managing job applications. You may use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial career-planning purposes, or internal business operations, in compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to access the Service using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

4. Third-Party Integration and Permissions

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (such as Google / Gmail) to automate the tracking of job applications. By connecting these accounts, you grant GettingHired permission to access and process information from these services as described in our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge and agree that GettingHired is not responsible for the availability, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party services you choose to connect.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Refunds

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees or a subscription plan. All payments are processed securely through our third-party billing provider (Stripe).

• Subscribing: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
• Renewal: Subscription plans will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page in your account settings.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our policies.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GettingHired and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion by contacting the support address listed below.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GettingHired, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. GettingHired disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia (where GettingHired is operated), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the last updated date above, and in some cases, by displaying a notice within the web application.
